Subscriptions
gnaviq subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen term. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current term.
Refunds
- Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable for the current term, except where required by law.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
Hardware / devices
Where GPS hardware is purchased from us, returns are accepted within the stated window if the device is unused and in original packaging, subject to inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to request
Email us using the address in the footer with your account and order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
