Digital service

Access to the gnaviq platform is provisioned to your account immediately after successful sign-up or payment.

Hardware delivery

  • Orders are processed within the stated handling time.
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier, typically a few business days within India.
  • Tracking details are shared by email/SMS once dispatched.

Charges

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delays caused by couriers or incorrect addresses are outside our control.
